Non-existent soundproofing, exasperating city noise due to very poor condition windows (one of them no longer closes), woken up very early in the morning by other tenants. Does not deserve the term "suite".
I liked the location, right in front of the station, but also very close to the city center and the pedestrian area. The ease of check-in without contact.

Old windows not at all insulating and also difficult to open and close. So I do not recommend it for those who have trouble sleeping with noise because it is on the busiest street in Cagliari.

Access to the apartment is very complicated. The app that needs to be used did not allow sending photos. Also, 3 different codes are needed to access. It is very inconvenient especially when you arrive at night.
I would improve the mattresses. In my room, a terrible mattress, a bed that creaked with every small movement. Too bad, but I woke up with back pain.
