Good location. Piero was always very helpful in all the questions I had. His aunt too. They were kind and helpful. And the apartment is in a good location, close to Jesuit Stairs, although there are some stairs to get to the apartment (depending on where you come from)

The room I stayed in had no natural light and only a small window in the room and one in the bathroom, which, for me (just a personal opinion), was something that made me less comfortable. And the people in the room above mine were very noisy

Although it is well located within Old Town, if you are traveling with a large suitcase, getting to the hotel will be a difficult task, as you will need to climb many stair steps to get there! Personally, I don't think you need to stay within Old Town, you can stay outside, but close to the city gates.

Everything very clean and with every detail to make your stay comfortable. There is a hairdryer, a set of towels for each person, shampoo... Air conditioning. They left very tasty cookies and candies

The first day we went up with the suitcases where Google Maps sent us and it was a mistake because of the stairs. If you enter through the street that leads to the church of San Ignacio, there are only a few steps that you can do with heavy suitcases. Everything else very very good
