Room super basic, no proper bed covers only sheet and woolen blanket. Too small. Only vending machine. No water or coffee in room

I booked and paid for a room with balcony, like I had last year - but was given a room in the back with only a window and on the 4th floor without a lift. I chose Hostal Benidorm because I had a pleasant stay in 2025 but not so happy this time.
