The area is a bit peripheral but in 20 minutes on foot, or 10 minutes by bus, you are right in the center. The building externally is a bit old but the renovation of the internal apartments is excellent. Excellent bike storage service in the cellar dedicated to each apartment. Large room, spacious shower, excellent cleanliness, good visible wardrobe capacity. Check-in and check-out explained in detail and very clear and easy. Excellent communication

The room is very spacious. The bed is very comfortable. Although it is located on an avenue, it has double windows and no noise is heard. The shower is also very good. Everything is very good. 7-10 minutes by car from the historic center. Recommended!

The value for money is excellent. Free parking. Clean. Communication for check-in worked well. Nice about 15-minute walk through the park to the center.
