The lobby of the building is really ugly, as is the street where the hotel is located. The elevator was out of service (the room is on the first floor)

We had a great stay at the hotel. The location was excellent, right in the city, which was a big advantage and made it easy to get around. Martina and Carla were always available and very helpful, and they were quick to answer all our questions. We really appreciated their kindness and responsiveness. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this hotel.
