A bit dirty, the air conditioner didn't work well

The accommodation is a bit dated, but it is clean. The bed was comfortable, and it was the closest accommodation we could find to Catania Airport. Most importantly, our accommodation was genuinely very clean and smelled fresh. We were extremely satisfied with our stay. We arranged the self-check-in with the host via WhatsApp.

Just one very small suggestion: it would be lovely to have two bottles of water provided, as practically every guest staying here arrives tired from the airport. That small touch would really give the whole experience a “wow” factor.

dirty room, full of humidity and mold, the air conditioner was black from strong dirt, in addition to being too noisy because of the neighbors upstairs who until late at night walked and moved furniture, it seemed like tonight doing a move.

The access instructions did not arrive until 2 hours before our arrival (while we were on the flight), so before our departure we did not know if we could enter the apartment, I recommend improving this type of communication. Pillows too thin and the accommodation a bit old for the price they charge. It has the potential to be a good accommodation, but some things need to be improved.
