There was no elevator and it is close to the train tracks (which, however, do not run at night)

The electricity was out, there was no water for the entire duration of our stay. I was hot and sweaty, all I wanted was a shower, to flush the toilet, and wash my hands, and I couldn’t. It was gross, and I was asked to pay again. I explained that I booked through booking.com, and then he finally said that I only had to pay the city tax. Not to mention they also don’t have WiFi. I tried to check in at three, and he was not even at the property. And then we got in, and they were still cleaning our room.

No contact with the staff through booking. Contact only via WhatsApp. I wrote on WhatsApp to the number provided for booking to one of the owners, for several days I had no response until I called, then he told me to write what the problem was. Initially, I booked a double room for one person, plans changed and a friend was supposed to join me. I tried to find out in this case, if it was possible, if we had to pay extra, etc., the only response was: "do we need an additional room" and nothing more. On the second to last day of our stay, it turned out that we had to pay for the second person, about which we were not informed earlier despite my questions. Right after arrival, I reported a problem with the shower handset, instead of water flowing through it, it was escaping sideways as if the handset was poorly attached to the hose. On the second day, the owner came with a new handset (an hour late from the agreed time he was supposed to come), he stated that it was not the handset's fault but the hose's, so he would check if he had it in stock or had to buy one, and he would fix it by the evening. Surprise, it was not fixed by the end of our stay. One day we also reported problems with the air conditioner. The person cleaning our room turned off the air conditioner in our absence, and when we turned it back on, it only had a heating function that could not be changed. I called the owner, he was supposed to send someone or come personally to fix it, and of course, nobody came to us about it. The room also needs refreshing, the walls by the bed are damaged, the paint is peeling off, the paint is peeling off the ceiling. We got a room with a navy blue wall on which settled dust was visible. The room was supposed to have a balcony, in reality, as soon as we opened the balcony door, there was a railing right away, it might as well have been just a window. The door opening and closing app sometimes worked, sometimes not.
