À notre arrivée, les murs de notre chambre étaient recouverts de moisissures et de champignons, avec une odeur d’humidité épouvantable. Nous avons demander à changer de chambre et conserver celle-ci uniquement pour accéder à la salle de bain car il s’agissait de la seule chambre disposant d’une salle de bain privative. Mais le pire reste l’état général de l’établissement : invasion massive de cafards et de blattes dans la cuisine et les espaces communs, manque d’entretien évident et ménage qui semble inexistant. C’est tout simplement insalubre ! Comment peut-on laisser des clients séjourner dans de telles conditions ? L’hygiène n’est pas une option, c’est une obligation ! Au-delà de l’inconfort, ces conditions soulèvent de réelles inquiétudes concernant la salubrité des lieux et la santé des occupants. De plus l’insonorisation est catastrophique et inexistante. On entends la rue toute le nuit de manière permanente même avec la fenêtre fermée. L’établissement se trouve en sous sol au bord dune route passante. Gérer un établissement, ce n’est pas simplement encaisser de l’argent : c’est aussi respecter ses clients ! Un tel manque de considération pour la propreté et le bien-être des occupants est honteux. Je déconseille fortement cet établissement !
