We were there for 3 days and they didn't even come in to take out the trash. There was no blackout because there were no shutters.

The humidity in the room could be managed with the air conditioning that had a dehumidifier option. They can also repair the shower head that doesn't work well

The cleanliness could be improved. Our room had a slightly unpleasant smell. Unfortunately, there was no laundry option as indicated on Booking. Communication with the accommodation (as there was no staff on-site) via the app is somewhat slow.
