I don't know if they clean the rooms, we stayed for 3 days and didn't see anyone and they didn't change towels or sheets, we didn't mind at all... but maybe there are people who would like that. Just to say something

Really clean, felt really safe, the room was really spacious and the pastel de nata were such a nice surprise. The coffee and kitchen were also really great.

The place is newly renovated and spacious. Not far from the main old town. It felt safe and quiet when walking late at night. There’s a proper coffee machine in the shared kitchen, and smart TV in bedrooms. The apartment is decorated tastefully and has most amenities you’d need for a longer stay.

Our room was advertised to have a minibar but there wasn’t one, there was a complimentary bottle of still water and an empty fridge. I also had to chase up the management team to send me check-in instructions, I received them over an hour after messaging them after I landed. Not great as we were arriving around 7/8 pm. When coming back from dinner, the main door was wide open, meaning some other guest did not close it and since there’s no one on-site it created a risk of unwanted people to come in. I stayed one night and the cost was over €100, a little overpriced in my opinion.
