The location

It is a modest accommodation with some improvements or renovations with very basic and not very durable materials which gives a feeling of a "sloppy facelift". The first room we were given had quite a lot of mold on the bathroom ceiling; Luckily it wasn't full and they could change us to another room. The beds are excessively hard and the towels, mostly, very old.

The structure is a bit old and in our room there was no bidet

The accommodation had an unbeatable location. The building is a bit old but it doesn't affect anything, the room was perfect and the cleaning staff one of the best I have ever seen.

The bathroom door didn't close and the pillows were horrible

Location is very good, very central, subway around the corner, buses nearby at Praca figueira, near Praca Rossio, Rua Augusta. Room overlooking Praca Martim Moniz, everything clean, no complaints. Very simple but good and sufficient breakfast. Included, according to the price.
