We had a great stay at Barlaman Luxury Rooms. Check-in was very easy. The rooms are clean and spacious enough for a short stay in the city center. The location is very good. What really made our stay excellent, was Giammarcos hospitality. He was super helpful, gave us loads of information and always replied within minutes!

When we arrived there was a damp smell in the shower but this got better after showering once, which is why we didn‘t mention anything. Otherwise everything was great!
Located in a quiet street, close to all the sights and train/bus station, which were easily accessible on foot. The host was very responsive, though we never saw him or anyone for that matter.

There were some cleanliness issues - a big brown puddle of water on the floor when we arrived, but that was immediately cleaned up. The mattresses were comfortable, including on the sofa bed, but the bottom sheets were not adapted and would slide off during the night. Also the bedspreads did not seem clean - they were stained. This did not feel like a "luxury" room as advertised.
