The reception guy was great, the room was big, lots of electricity points, they gave me a radiator so it will be less cold and oxygen when I suffered from the height.

Lots of stairs to get to and also inside. The bed wasn't comfy enough and breakfast was very basic and the stuff in the kitchen wasn't nice.

Cleanliness... carpet/duvet/blanket/especially the bathroom which becomes unsanitary (VMC filter in particular)

Despite being disappointed by the place, we were welcomed an hour late and one of the young boys was very attentive. It has a location far from the center but pleasant with views of nature in some spaces.

Despite advertising that the accommodation has a washing machine available, which was one of the reasons we chose it, they did not let us use the equipment and made us pay for laundry service separately. 2. They did not provide us with breakfast to take away one of the days despite having informed them in advance.

On days when we had tours, they left a package with a snack and water at the reception for us to take, as we would miss breakfast. And about breakfast, it's quite honest! Simple, but very tasty with fruits, bread, eggs, milk, and yogurt available. The hotel also offers tour service for the excursions, which works well, but communication is very difficult, so keep that in mind. Furthermore, the shower water is very hot and they have a heater for the room, which helped a lot on cold days.

The location is really not the best in terms of altitude. The view is beautiful, next to the entrance to Sacsayuamán; it is very close to the Mirador de San Cristóbal and about 10/15 minutes from Plaza de Armas, but considering the altitude issues and the fact that the hotel is at the foot of a mountain, the fatigue to walk there is very present, especially on days when we returned from tours. However, the Uber service works very well, we had no problem getting there with the app car, so I think it's important to point out that if you wish to arrange transportation with the hotel, keep in mind that you will spend extra on transportation.

The hot water was terrible. You get 30 seconds of hot water, that's it, then you need to wait for 15 minutes until you get another 30 seconds. Not nice if you come back from a hike or jungle trip and want to enjoy. Our electricity also randomly went off twice during our stay.

The food in the restaurant is really top-notch, super tasty and beautifully presented. Furthermore, you can enjoy a cocktail by the pool
