Everything was fine, although the cleanliness was 97% for someone who notices the tiny details. For example, the bathroom light above the mirror was really dusty and the rim of the toilet slightly cracked

The assistance is very fast, as soon as you write to them on WhatsApp they respond in less than a minute. The elevator is a bit narrow. The property is located 15 minutes from the sea. The room was spacious and the bathroom very comfortable. Very clean

Francesco was very helpful and kind. The property is completely renovated without losing the charm of the historic building it is located in! Very central and easily accessible.

For a short city trip, the accommodation was generally suitable. The bed, the shower, and especially the air conditioning were fine for me. Communication with the host via WhatsApp was very friendly and helpful, especially when there were problems with the entrance door during check-in.

Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was very unreliable. Also, the windows were not clean, and there were some cracks on the walls. The equipment was very sparse - there were only two glasses and no cutlery and no kettle. In the shower, there was already an opened shampoo bottle, which I found somewhat unusual. One lamp did not work, another in the bathroom had no light bulb. Although the communication via WhatsApp was good, I would still prefer direct communication through Booking. For 255 €, I would have expected a bit more overall.
