The property was clean and centrally located to most of the sights. The staff was also kind and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was freshly prepared each day and personally served by the staff. The ambiance and decor of the Riad made it feel welcoming and cozy.

The center of Essaouira is full of small streets and alleyways, so it could be challenging to find the property on the first day. However, after navigating the area, it became easier on the second day. It also felt safe. Based on how riads are constructed, they are not well insulated to sound, so we could hear people coming and going from our room. I think this will be true for any riad, so this is only a comment and not a criticism.

When I booked, I noticed in the photos that a room seemed to have no window. So I booked a room where the window was clearly visible (room in pink and sand colors). But once there, I had a room without a window, which is not pleasant at all. So I was very disappointed, especially since the price paid for the room with a window was slightly higher than the price of the one without a window.
