The staff. We arrived very early and they provided us with a courtesy bed, towels, and a shower until the room was ready. He even took us to the airport himself in the early morning.

The neighborhood is not good, but very convenient for airport transfers and they make logistics very easy for you.

Terrible service: we were locked in the property because the owner was busy with his second job and his father was taking other tourists to the airport. We had arranged for transportation to the property with the owner but had to manage on our own because he had made arrangements simultaneously with another group (and we were traveling with two small children). Breakfast was arranged and we had to argue to get it (when it was supposed to be included according to the website) and very poor cleanliness.
