Bathroom was a bit tight

Anyone who wants to book this hotel MUST know that the parking situation is a disaster, completely different from what is described!!! There are public free parking spaces right next to the hotel, but they are always full! We didn't even have a chance to unload upon arrival. In addition, the direct neighbors on the right side of the hotel were very unfriendly and aggressive! When we asked at the reception for a parking space, we were told that a spot would be available in 10 minutes, but that was not the case until midnight. We had to park at the harbor for a fee and carry our luggage 7 minutes to the hotel! Unfortunately, there was no empathy at the reception and no advice on how to solve the problem on site. The staircase is very noisy and the door seals do not provide soundproofing, so every step was audible. The price unfortunately does not correspond to the hotel's performance! Important to know: Split Center is about 30 minutes away by bus line 25.
