Hold tight to the snail to go up to the room and the bathroom carved into a wall inside the room.

Located in a lively and authentic neighborhood, yet the building itself is quiet and welcoming. The location is ideal for getting anywhere easily. The staff was always friendly, helpful, and available. And the breakfast is definitely the winning card!

We stayed at The Quetzal in Cancun and we had a really good time. The owner was very kind and helpful: due to our delay, we arrived at midnight, but he welcomed us without any problems and allowed us to check-in at that time. We only stayed one night because the next day we had a flight from Cancun airport, but for our needs, it was a really excellent choice. Comfortable structure and excellent hospitality. Recommended!

The welcome is very warm and family-like. The room is very spacious. The combo of air conditioning + fan is perfect. The exteriors are very well maintained, and the pool is great. What to say about the breakfast... the choice is gargantuan whether you like savory or sweet or even both. They are perfect, prepared with ultra-fresh products by a team as perfect as friendly. The accommodation was really great! We were warmly welcomed by our host Simon, even though we arrived late. Simon was extremely accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. He always responded very quickly to our questions, both through the platform and in person on-site, and was very accommodating with our concerns. Especially at check-out, he was very accommodating, allowing us to extend our stay a bit last minute, if the accommodation occupancy allowed it. He could also recommend great activities at good prices, and due to our longer stay, we were even allowed to do our laundry with him. Breakfast was prepared every morning with a lot of love and passion. There was always a nice plate of fresh fruit, eggs, and a basket of delicious pastries. Also, Luis, who served us breakfast, was very friendly, and we could have wonderful conversations with him. The pool was clean and accessible at all times. The accommodation itself was pleasantly quiet, and the location is also excellent: right next to Parque Las Palapas, where you can eat very well and cheaply even late at night. Overall, we have absolutely nothing to complain about. Thanks to the warm nature of the hosts, the stay felt very familiar. We would definitely stay here again if we are in Cancun next time!

Well-kept rooms in excellent furnishings, great welcome and kindness, beautiful interior garden full of plants and a small pool. It is located in the old town; we stayed there the first night in Cancun. The street is very quiet, and in front, there is a garden, while a little further on, there is a very well-kept square with street food stalls.
