The area is very quiet and with the large park you only hear birds, ideal for resting. The kindness of the owner and staff. Comfortable bathroom, very good water pressure.

The double bed was small for us, it was a 2-place bed of minimum size and we are tall. The garden jacuzzi was not working and we couldn't use the pool because the first step, despite having a railing, was over half a meter high, making it difficult for people over 60.

The room gave the feeling of entering a residential area. Poor lighting, poor ventilation, creaky beds.

The location is excellent and the staff makes you feel at home. These are the two things we value most about the establishment, from the moment we arrived the treatment was pleasant and fraternal, very willing to help.

The value for money, but it's not something specific to this place but to Punta del Este in general during high season. And this establishment is no exception to that reality, I paid a little more than when I stayed in Venice with a view of the main canals during carnival. In this case, it's a modest hotel in a residential area of Punta del Este.
