Great location, cosy room within walking distance to downtown, English Bay and even Stanley Park. Plenty of restaurants close by. The host was friendly and breakfast was good.

Coffee stains sprayed up the wall above fridge that I wiped off and carpet not clean in lounge area.

Room was in the basement and it smelled a bit!
The basement room smells moldy. We moved to the attic room for the 2nd night which was much nicer
Dennis was a gracious host. Breakfast was much more food than I expected - all hot and delicious. Nice quiet neighborhood. Comfortable room.

The breakfast was good- freshly cooked eggs with veggies/fruit. There were also muffins/baked goods, but these seemed to be packaged baked goods, so they were fine, but not extraordinary.

The host seemed unhappy about some things the first day, but the second day he seemed to be in a much better mood. I guess we all have bad days.

The actually good breakfast could have used another glass of juice and maybe the question about a piece of bacon or something. Price overall quite high.
