They couldn't find the reservation, once found they got the room wrong, once the room was changed, they forgot to request a guarantee card and went to disturb the room with the POS machine as if we were going to run away without paying, the next day we wanted to charge breakfast to the room and we couldn't because we didn't have a guarantee. Instead of charging the card as a guarantee, they charged the room, so I had to go up to get the card to pay for breakfast despite the fervent refusal of not being able to charge the cost to the room. They exceeded in distrust making us feel like thieves, all hotel mistakes!!! What else? Will I come back? NO
