Old and stained towels. There was no shower box, no rug. It seems like they took old furniture and put it in the rooms. Pillows felt like papers. Lack of care from the owners regarding the inn

I made the reservation in the afternoon for that same night, however, when we arrived at the inn, there was no one at the reception. After insisting on calls, we were assisted by an employee who said he would go to the reception to assist us. He informed that the inn was closed and there was no reservation. All reservations had been canceled a few days ago because the inn was without electricity and water due to construction. I questioned why the reservation was still available on the website if they were closed that day, but the employee did not answer me. However, I did not receive any cancellation notice. At the same time he was telling us that the inn was closed, there were other guests coming and going normally, and the lights were on as well as guests taking showers normally.
