The first room I was given was on the ground floor but my request to change rooms was quickly accommodated
Neat and clean! Nice location! Decent gym, bath, laundry, good lounge area. The Japanese bar at the hotel was nice. The female bartender on 2nd September was very professional, explained the different drinks, and culture in Japan. I went to other bars, where they charged 1000 yen service charge with poor service. But at this bar, there is no service charge but was a very good service.

Some rooms are literally facing the adjacent building entry/ exits. No privacy or views.
