The blanket smelled really bad and was pretty dirty. We had a very cold night and no decent solution was reachable!!!

About the reception. The attendant lacked knowledge of information, was not friendly and was unfriendly. Upon arrival, she informed us that only a back room was available, with payment only via Pix and that guests always paid this way, without accepting cards. Shortly after, we saw that through booking there was a front room available, with a view of the lagoon, with much better facilities than she offered with a minimal price difference. On departure, the same behavior, does not inspire credibility and hospitality. We would return for the facilities if breakfast is available, but not for the service.
Super spacious, comfortable and clean room. Excellent cost-benefit for those staying in the Lagoon region. Very good bed and pillows. Laura is exceptionally attentive, polite, and very helpful.

The place could provide breakfast or better equip the apartments with utensils for cooking. It only has the basics, but you can survive for a few days. The shower could be improved.
