There is a stove on-site, but there are no utensils to use it. Only plates, cutlery, and glasses.

Accessibility through the use of stairs to reach the reception and the elevator. The building had a technical problem and it was not possible to use the elevator. I was staying on the 10th floor and had to go down the stairs alone with the luggage at checkout.
