Poor wifi connection

Very beautiful, modern, and well-maintained structure, both in the common areas and in the rooms. The location, close to the Gion district but still quiet, is an excellent starting point for walking and visiting some of Kyoto's main attractions. We also appreciated the laundry room, easily usable through an app without the need for coins. A special mention goes to the French girl at the reception who welcomed us at check-in: she was really kind, communicative, helpful, and proactive. Overall, we considered this structure an excellent choice.

The hotel is quite far from the station: it can be an advantage or a disadvantage depending on your needs and planned itinerary. The choice to place the sink directly in the room, almost in front of the beds instead of inside the bathroom, is peculiar but not always comfortable. However, the main problem was the air conditioning system: the temperature was excessively cold and it was very difficult to adjust it properly.
