We had an exceptional family stay at this property! The location in Şişli is unbeatable—very peaceful, safe, and just a short walk to the metro station, Cevahir Mall, and great local eateries, making exploring Istanbul incredibly easy. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable with great amenities. The breakfast spread every morning was delicious and offered plenty of fresh variety. Above all, the staff was remarkably warm, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. Highly recommended for families, and we would definitely choose to stay here again!

Everything was great overall, but having a Muslim shower in the bathroom would make the stay even more comfortable, especially for international and Muslim travelers. Other than this minor point, our experience was wonderful!

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast is very good with a selection of foods. The restaurant/bar on the top floor offers an excellent view of the city. Overall a very comfortable experience.

There are not so many good restaurants in the area around the hotel, so if you are looking for choice then you will need to go further afield. The metro is about 15 minutes away by foot, but not easy to roll a case over narrow, crowded and broken pavements - I recommend taking a taxi!
