We stayed for only one night (April 4th at night) and according to Expedia, they had already charged us for the stay, something that according to the foreign hotel owner did not happen, so tactlessly he was insistent on payment, which was made with a credit card. After leaving on the way back home, we realized that the hotel had committed fraud against us, as they maliciously cloned my card and charged $45,000 to my credit card, a situation that I am still fighting since the owner has distanced himself from this case. The place does not have hot water, they do not provide soap or shampoo. The common areas like the supposed pool are a mess full of garbage. Their staff, who are mostly Central Americans, have a hostile attitude except for the receptionist. The place is a nightmare and the location indicated is incorrect. All night long they make noise, shout, and throw things. This site is already being reported by us to PROFECO for the fraud they committed and for not having the basics for a stay. Hopefully, Expedia takes action and removes places like this because they are a blatant scam.

The Grey house as such does not exist, the location of the place is a nightmare, and not staying there due to feeling unsafe, I was threatened by them. A very, very bad experience. I do not recommend it at all.
