Very friendly and helpful staff. Our flight was canceled, so we arrived a day later and they helped us with a lot of patience and understanding. There was also a very nice surprise waiting for our honeymoon. The location in the center is very good.

The hotel was very basic but clean. The taps in the sink and shower were leaking. The building was a bit worn out.

Breakfast, we had to leave early and couldn't have breakfast. We made coffee, and they told us to wash the cups. It was strange!

The breakfast is very lovely. The staff is kind and you can text them for tips. The room was very clean with warm water. We didn’t experience disturbance from neighbors. The location is in the historical center. You should definitely try the street food when you walk out the door and turn to the left.

The neighborhood is good and we felt safe, but it’s quite far to walk to Roma Norte - which is, in our opinion, the best location for restaurants and drinks - and this is okay during the day, but you have to take a taxi back during the night.

Breakfast items were not replenished. On the first day, we arrived at 8:30 (breakfast starts at 8:00) and some items were finished. We asked if they would be refilled, and the lady in the kitchen replied no, when things run out, they are not replenished.
