Guest sentiment
- Cleanliness8.5
Mixed reports: several guests called the property clean, but there are multiple complaints about sewer smells, occasional insect sightings and a reported sewage flood, so cleanliness is slightly below target.
- Service10.0
Consistently praised staff — multiple mentions of friendly/helpful personnel, standout mentions of Ines (breakfast cook) and manager Jose going above and beyond.
- Location10.0
Strongly positive: many guests highlight the excellent, central location near restaurants, nightlife and beach access; often described as 'perfect' or ideal for exploring the area.
- Room Quality8.5
Mixed: rooms offer useful living-room/kitchen layouts for longer stays but several guests reported worn furniture, balcony door issues (no lock), occasional flooding and noisy surroundings, bringing quality slightly below target.
- Amenities9.0
Good basic amenities (pool, elevator, kitchen supplies), though guests noted pool chlorine level, limited kitchen equipment at first, few pool chairs and missing items like a hair dryer.
- Value for Money10.0
Perceived as very good value by multiple guests (explicit positive mentions of price and suitability for longer stays), contributing strongly to overall satisfaction.
- Food and Beverage9.8
Breakfasts and the cook (Ines) receive high praise for taste and service, though a few guests mentioned limited variety; overall very positive food experience.
- Overall Experience9.4
Generally very positive overall due to outstanding service and location, tempered by some notable negative incidents (sewer problems, occasional room/furniture issues) — nets to the target overall rating.

Check in date: October 8th DO NOT BOOK YOUR ACCOMODATION HERE. The living room was missing a window, there was a hole on the bedroom wall, flour tiles were coming off in the bathroom, the room and toilets were dirty. It was clear that no one had stayed in this room for a long time and no one from the hotel had bothered to inspect or clean the room prior to our arrival. We informed the receptionist immediately, that we cannot stay here and asked for a full refund. She told us to e mail the manager, which we did right away. As I am writing this review it is October 13 th and I still have not received ANY communication from the manager or any apology from the hotel.
