Everything is very good.
Perfection, paradise, a dream — a truly surreal experience. From the wonderful staff and beautiful facilities to the room, I was wowed every minute of every day.

Perfection and surreal — there’s very little to critique. Breakfast was good, but I felt the rest of the menu could be elevated to match the exceptional standard of the rest of the experience.
The location is exceptional right in the center of Tulum. The staff is pleasant and helpful, quick to find solutions for you. A lunchbox was prepared for an early morning excursion and also on the day of departure: it's a unique customer service! The place is simply incredible, with the possibility of swimming in a cenote. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed with a Marshall speaker!

The à la carte price is excessively high for Mexico. For taking taxis, it is better to go through InDrive (4 to 5 times cheaper)
Beautiful and romantic structure. There were few guests and it didn't seem like all the rooms were functional.
Beautiful and romantic structure. There were few guests and it didn't seem like all the rooms were functional.
The structure is immersed in a lush garden, the cenote fantastic, the room with a large and well-kept whirlpool bath but the management of the structure leaves something to be desired. Our friends' suite had problems with the shower, TV, and whirlpool never resolved despite multiple reports. The breakfast very limited (if you wanted yogurt, brioche, or espresso you had to pay extra). Everything very expensive without adequate service; you couldn't choose more things without paying.
