The location is great. Next to Time Square. No street noise and you can rest well. The beds and pillows are comfortable.

The breakfast is not very varied. There are some hot items like eggs or sausages, pancakes, and bread. Cold cuts are missing to make a sandwich. The only thing available for the bread is butter and jam, no cold cuts. Missing hot milk. The yogurt is good but runs out quickly. The breakfast room is very crowded. You have to queue and it's hard to find a table. Another thing I didn't like is the long wait for the elevator. We were on the 14th floor and after a long wait, it was almost always full, so we had to take the stairs.

The pillows in the room are awful, too thin. The air conditioning was loud and the blower was like a tornado.

As already reported by other customers, there is crowding in the elevators and breakfast room. The secret is to request a room on the lower floors (at check-in, they asked us if we had preferences for a high or low floor). In the morning, we would walk down and never had queue problems. For breakfast, it is advisable to go between 7 and 8, but we always found a place quite quickly.
