Water pressure in the shower very weak, a disaster for washing long hair. Caught the maid smoking on our balcony (room smelled of cigarettes afterwards), although we were informed several times about the absolute smoking ban even on the balcony during check-in. Breakfast buffet abundant but more oriented towards Asian and Indian breakfast.

The bed is very comfortable, the shower is very large, there are Japanese toilets and the staff is very welcoming and speaks English.

Access to the restaurant for lunch and dinner is not clear, I tried to go there 2 times but each time there was no one. Only breakfast was good.

Breakfast options weren’t great. We had issues with the WiFi and the safe in our room although I would say they did send someone up quite quickly to sort it out.
