Das Frühstück stach wirklich als ausgezeichnet heraus! Besonders die Möglichkeit, zusätzlich zum Buffet von einer kleinen Speisekarte zu bestellen. Das Personal war wunderbar, gab uns hilfreiche Ratschläge zum Parken und stellte uns sogar Frühstücksboxen für unseren extrem frühen Abreisetag zur Verfügung. Wir genossen auch wundervolle Massagen von Bianca im Spa. Wir mochten die Produkte im Badezimmer so sehr, dass wir einige mit nach Hause nahmen. Insgesamt ausgezeichnet!

Die Dusche war etwas schimmlig und roch etwas muffig, wir konnten sehen, warum, da die Belüftung in einem sehr kleinen Badezimmer nicht gut war. Wir fanden es sehr schwer, unsere Handtücher vollständig trocken zu bekommen. Die Hammam-Dusche war auch während unseres Aufenthalts geschlossen, aber wir genossen dennoch den Pool.
Das Hotelpersonal war so freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie wiesen auf allerlei einzigartige Facetten des Hotels hin - die Kunstwerke, das wundervolle Restaurant und Bistro. Die Lage ist so günstig, um Ponta Delgado zu erkunden - einfach vom Flughafen zu erreichen. Ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen - das Spa ist erstaunlich und das Essen war unglaublich gut.

10 minutes by taxi from the airport, centrally located in a pedestrian zone. Room was small, quiet, clean, beds super comfortable. We were greeted with fruits and some other sweet snacks. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very tasty with high-quality ingredients. Unfortunately, our flight was significantly delayed, so we arrived after midnight and could not use the wellness area anymore.

Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt. Die Dampfsauna (oder Sauna) war wegen Wartungsarbeiten geschlossen, was ich gerne im Voraus gewusst hätte. Die Zimmer waren gut und die Lage war ausgezeichnet.
