Parking, accessible room the aircon wasn’t fully working & the shower door did not close nor was it big enough for a wheelchair to enter.

Adorámos a localização, a insonorização do quarto, a paisagem da nossa varanda, a piscina, a decoração e atenção aos detalhes, bem como uma excelente coleção de arte. Adorámos também o pequeno almoço, a tábua de queijos e o vinho que o hotel gentilmente nos ofereceu, e houve funcionários que foram mesmo extraordinários. A cama era maravilhosa e a iluminação do quarto também, assim bem como a casa de banho, que foi provavelmente a nossa divisória favorita, com muito bom gosto.

Adorámos também o pequeno almoço, a tábua de queijos e o vinho que o hotel gentilmente nos ofereceu, e houve funcionários que foram mesmo extraordinários. A cama era maravilhosa e a iluminação do quarto também, assim bem como a casa de banho, que foi provavelmente a nossa divisória favorita, com muito bom gosto.

Houve algumas coisas que teríamos dispensado, como ter tido um funcionário a nos levar até dentro do nosso quarto. Não sentimos que isso fizesse sentido; Houve coisas que foram chegando ao quarto a conta gotas e que não apreciámos também, como fruta, água, e um champanhe que havia pedido por e-mail, só chegou bem mais tarde, numa altura que já não fazia muito sentido; O robe que o hotel dispensa aos seus hóspedes, era demasiado pequeno; Não apreciámoa muito a atitude de alguns funcionários e sentimos que existe um contraste grande entre funcionários que levam o seu trabalho a sério, e os que talvez não gostem assim tanto do que fazem. (Pequenos detalhes que fizeram a diferença). Gostaríamos ainda de propor ao Hotel que crie uma maior privacidade entre as varandas de hotel e que repense também num género de cortinado para janela da casa de banho, para uma maior privacidade também.

Location is very central and entrance is on a nice pedestrian street in the core. We were greeted by a lovely male concierge who brought us to our room and explained all the amenities and offerings. It started strong as a boutique hotel with nice little touches. The shared areas were clean and updated. The pool is one of a kind and very relaxing.

We had reserved a parking spot and after the first day, we found it was accidentally occupied by another car. The hotel staff asked us to park in another spot much further into the garage temporarily. After we returned to the hotel, they called our room to ask us to permanently switch parking spots rather than just ask the other car to go back to their designated spot. Ok np. They then proceeded to call our room 3x while we were trying to nap. When we finally answered they pressed for us to return the key fob designated to the original spot. We didn't understand the urgency that resulted in such a disruption to our stay. The staff are also a bit condescending but perhaps that's just the normal tone of hospitality staff here. The aforementioned pool was beautiful but unfortunately some of the jets were broken. There was also a sauna that was inoperable as well during our stay. Breakfast was a bit confusing. The first morning we were not greeted or explained that there were ala carte options from a menu, so we just ate bread and cheese. The next day we discovered there were eggs and omelettes available to order.

Got a little smoke smell in our room from kitchen in the evenings, I think through the air conditioning system. But we’d stay here again!
