The receptionist's treatment was very cordial upon arrival, and also when he took care of washing my clothes at 60 degrees and then hanging them in the sun to disinfect them from the insects that were in the bed and caused an allergic reaction to me
The receptionist's treatment was very cordial upon arrival, and also when he took care of washing my clothes at 60 degrees and then hanging them in the sun to disinfect them from the insects that were in the bed and caused an allergic reaction to me
an accommodation without the necessary hygiene controls that caused bed bugs (some insects that were in the bed, due to lack of hygiene - noticeable by not having sheets and having hair in the bed upon arrival at the accommodation), causing an allergic reaction throughout my body, my eye swelled up and I had to take medication, as well as having to disinfect the room on my own with chemicals. There was also a very large lack of interest after the incident, when I complained after leaving the accommodation because of the consequences it caused me. Also, they offered me a 50% compensation to prevent me from making this comment. Despite not seeming correct or sufficient to me, they did it, but then canceled the payment, that is, they tried to buy my silence, and then deceived me regarding it, as they did not execute the payment. Now, they do not respond to messages or calls

The location is a little far from the center. Also, the price is expensive even though Faro city was empty with not many tourists
