Ceiling has holes. No amenities, even though it is written there. Room is too dark. AC is leaking. Duvet has spots.
Room is spacious and the bed is quite comfortable. Hot water runs perfectly with strong pressure. WiFi connection is excellent, I can stream movies smoothly all night. AC, TV, and lights are all functional. Location is convenient with easy access to the city. Quiet environment, I could sleep well.

No tissue, soap, or toiletries provided. Chair fabric is faded and looks dirty. Towel color is unclear (looks brownish white, maybe used to be white). AC drips after some time. Front office staff service feels casual and not well-trained, but helpful.
