The price is really not much. The room is spacious enough for a family in proportion to the price.

Staff at the reception were not so friendly. Maybe because of the heat? The hotel is quite old. But for that price, I don't expect more.

Air conditioning very poor, bath & shower hose very hard to operate with loose tap connections and quite a strong leak. Swimming facilities need a bit of work with maintenance and cleaning. Pool itself was nice and cool; however, poolside was dirty and the steps into the pool were extremely loose.

I didn't like to be threatened to cancel my booking unless I responded with my WhatsApp number and provided my arrival time. I made the booking, couldn't cancel the booking anyway. I'm pretty sure this goes against booking.com policies. If I was not able to respond (which is common for traveling), they would have canceled my booking, so I will never book with that hotel again.
