The staff are absolutely AMAZING! The breakfast crew and the 2 men on the doors for the morning/afternoon shift. But I have to especially mention Kevin, he really made our stay so enjoyable!! We have 2 babies with us - a 6 month old and 2 year old and they both absolutely loved him. The love he showed our babies while we were there was unmatched. He never failed to make them smile every time we left and returned to the hotel. What a lovely 2 weeks with California Saigon. 100% recommend to everyone. I also want to thank the cleaners on floor 5 and 7 xx

Extremely kind and helpful staff with a special mention to Kevin. The pool area is very pleasant and the breakfast is great with a variety of choices. Ideal location. Well soundproofed and quiet. Spacious and well-equipped room.

The smell of the rooms (we tested 3 different ones) is very uncomfortable, probably due to the humidity of the rooms without windows. Too bad, it's the only but still a big negative point. However, they easily accepted a room change.
