Very nice hotel with excellent staff

We had a very pleasant stay and can absolutely recommend the hotel overall. The rooms are large, very clean, and well-maintained. We were particularly impressed by the huge, very wide, and incredibly comfortable bed. The large panoramic windows are also very well sealed, so you can hardly hear any street noise from outside. The hotel is overall very well-maintained and has a very good location in the city. There are numerous restaurants and shopping opportunities in the area. The sea is about 750 meters away, or about a 15-minute walk. The beach is very wide and has beautiful white sand. A special highlight is the rooftop pool on the 10th floor. From there, you have a great view over the city. Especially in the evening, the view is beautiful, especially overlooking the illuminated Dragon Bridge. A few small points could still be improved: There is no safe or proper wardrobe in the room. It would also be desirable to have a way to neatly store the suitcases or luggage. However, these minor shortcomings are more than offset by the excellent service for us. The staff is exceptionally friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I would like to express my special thanks for that. Mr. Dat was particularly attentive during breakfast and supported us excellently in everything. But we also experienced only friendly and helpful staff at the reception and throughout the hotel. Such a warm service is really not experienced every day. In terms of price and quality, everything simply fit for us. We will definitely come back and book at Estrella again on our next stay. Thank you to the entire team for the pleasant stay and great support! We will be very happy to return! ❤️

Create a bit more storage space in the room so that personal items and luggage can be stored better and more neatly. Provide a safe in the room for the secure storage of valuables. At check-in, provide the hotel's or the responsible contact person's WhatsApp number. This way, guests could quickly and easily contact and address various issues throughout their stay – as is already common in many other hotels. These small improvements would significantly increase guest comfort and make the stay even more enjoyable.
