We stayed on the 36th floor, the elevator takes so long to reach the floor/ground. The carpet near the elevators is dirty/dark stains! Upon check-in, we were told our 15-year-old child had to pay an extra 300,000 VND per night even though there were no additional costs on Booking! And we did not pay. And twice swiped the credit card and there was a malfunction on the card reader. The amount was reserved twice on the bill. After 4 nights, we still had to pay!!! I hope the two reserved amounts can be canceled via Annova!!!

Elevator systems are too slow and housekeeping staff should use separate service elevators
