No bath towels, room full of cockroaches, air conditioner leaking water, dirty bathroom.
Nothing matches the picture. I have seen many not very clean accommodations during my travels all over Vietnam. But this one is the worst. Garages are cozier and cleaner. It looks like a box full of dust. I can hardly touch anything at the so-called reception. Bikes were riding through it. The girls who came to this so-called reception were sleepy and wearing dirty clothes. She said the manager didn't have time to communicate with me, but there were no rooms even though I had booked 3 rooms online a week before and had received approval. In 5 minutes, she said the manager offered the booked rooms at 3 times the price. So the rooms magically appeared. And how do you like that? I was told that Booking.com rules - no working rules.
