I did not like anything. The room does not correspond to the current state, which is unhealthy. I had a very unpleasant stay. Arriving late at night, tired, and having to leave very early in the morning, we had no choice but to stay there. The staff was friendly but the maintenance is nonexistent.

Everything. Also, all the noise from the street can be heard. I hope it does not affect the staff who I understand are not to blame.

First of all, 24-hour service, we arrived by train at 5 am and could go straight to the hotel, had a delicious and abundant breakfast included in the stay. It has an elevator, essential for me. Good location, very friendly staff. We will be back soon to Hanoi, for sure straight to this hotel.
