Guest reviews

1. Great rooms, very comfortable beds and very clean. They offer bottles of water everyday, as well as tea and coffee. The bathroom is spacious. 2. Great breakfast. The buffet has a huge variety and you can also order any eggs and coffee you want 3. Amazing staff, they go above and beyond for their guests. And they all speak English 4. The location ist perfect, in the centre of Hanoi 5. Great spa service 6. We booked all our activities in a very good price through the Hotel (Ha long bay, street food tour, Ninh Binh Tour) 7. We were checking out very early and they prepared a bag with breakfast for us.
