Good location in the old town. Good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. The bed in the room was truly fantastic by Vietnamese standards.

Amazing location, amazing staff! Nothing was too much trouble! Staff were very knowledgeable about local eating places! We booked two rooms but got an upgrade so we could be near each other!

Bed: Very comfortable, large bed. Great sleep. Shower: Powerful and good temperature. Space: Spacious room and bathroom. Amenities: Free bottled water daily. Good WiFi. Breakfast included, not the biggest western selection but enough including eggs to order such as omelette. Rooms serviced and fresh towels daily. Staff: Very helpful and friendly. Local map and information provided on arrival including restaurant recommendations and where to get cash out. Quick service. Welcome drink and fruit on arrival. Location: In the Old Quarter, great to walk around although there are mopeds everywhere but that is part of being here. Noise: Faint noise from the streets such as beeping mopeds but this did not disturb us. Aircon: Aircon never quite got cold enough but it was okay. A fan was provided in the room which we used and that worked fine. Would I recommend: Yes

The hotel was great, starting with its very strategic location, which made it easy to explore the city, to the staff, who were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist. The services provided by the hotel were excellent, especially the transportation and the organization of our 2-day trip to Ninh Binh, which made everything so easy and convenient. I’d also like to mention how kind and helpful the staff were in keeping our luggage safe while we traveled for four days around northern Vietnam. It was a great help and gave us peace of mind during our trip. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel!
