The hotel is nice. Located on the second line, cars have difficulty getting to the hotel, many refuse to enter. There is underground parking, but it is tiny. Nearby are shops, cafes, salons. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach. The room is cute, very spacious, with two balconies and a partial sea view, as there are other hotels in front of the hotel. There is a kitchen, but no utensils. Only a kettle and a couple of cups are available. The refrigerator freezes, works without a card. We stayed on the 15th floor, in room 501. Apparently, we were lucky and there were no critters in our room, as mentioned in other reviews. The air conditioner works great, freezes well. The bed is big and comfortable. Only the bedsheet was changed daily. Towels were also changed daily. The bathroom has bar soap, liquid soap and shampoo dispensers. They provide cotton swabs and disposable toothbrushes. Wi-Fi works great without interruptions.

NO CLEANING AT ALL! On the second day, the cleaners came at 11 in the morning, we were still in the room. What they did - changed the bedsheet, replaced the towels, and THAT'S IT! They don't mop the floors, they don't clean the bathroom. I won't even mention the balcony, it hasn't seen a wet cloth in a long time. By the way, the balcony is empty, no table or chairs. The cleaners came at 9-10 in the morning. And then didn't come back. I don't think it's normal to come so early. People are on vacation and most don't even get up at 8 in the morning. There are not enough hooks in the bathroom, no clothes dryer. There is absolutely nowhere to hang wet swimsuits. The fridge always leaks inside. The sofa is all stained, you can only sit on it fully clothed. The curtains haven't been washed in a long time. Towels have holes. The biggest pain point is the bathroom. I still can't understand what kind of talented person designed this structure. It's impossible to take a shower, all the water runs in circles in the tub and flows onto the floor, there's always a puddle on the floor.

I recommend paying extra for the Deluxe double room when possible, great value for money. The ones without sea view (superior rooms) are considerably smaller and lack the great view but they are fair.

The location is very nice, just a 2-minute walk across the street to the beach. When I arrived at the hotel, they upgraded my room for free, the facilities, the bathtub, the room was very clean. Will return to the hotel if I have a trip or work in Nha Trang.
