The view from the balcony on the 11th floor is magnificent. Initially, we were accommodated on the 4th floor, where the sea is not visible at all. But since a room with a sea view was promised, at our request, after a day, we were moved to the 11th floor (the room layout is the same). The breakfasts are good, towards the end of the week, of course, they got a bit boring, as the hot dishes do not change much daily, but for a week, it's fine. The sea nearby is just gorgeous, we went swimming along the nearest trajectory to the shoreline, there are not many people there unlike the main beaches in the evenings. The water is clean and very calm, there are pebbles in the water when entering, you need to be careful, but you can swim a little further with a mask and see small corals and fish.

The room for 4 is a bit small, the only saving grace is the presence of a balcony where you can retreat in the evening, it's very hot during the day for this. Also, the soundproofing from the neighboring room is very strong, when the neighbors got up at 6 in the morning and actively discuss something, it's impossible to sleep (this happened only once). On the 4th floor, the street noise was audible and disturbed sleep in the morning, on the 11th floor, the street hustle and bustle was practically inaudible, only the drummers' performance was heard once. And of course, the unbearable humidity, it was almost impossible to dry anything, by the end, we got used to not using towels to avoid drying, it was also very problematic to dry something in the room when the air conditioner is on, but with no space, it's also very difficult. After Nha Trang, we stayed in Danang in 2 hotels, and there the laundry dried much better in the room.

I like the price, the room is just right, a bit far from the center but still suitable for the price. The roads are spacious, quiet, and feel safe.

The cleaning service is quite sloppy, I booked a room for 2 people with 2 single beds but the hotel informed that there is only a room with a double bed, if accepted, it will be available at 2:00 PM. I traveled with family including elderly and children so I couldn't wait, but the illogical thing is that the check-in time is exactly 2:00 PM as regulated but the hotel still said there are no rooms with 2 single beds as I booked.

Dirty glass, dusty room, air conditioning not cool, staff unprofessional, air conditioning not greeted or asked for permission to enter the room, when entering to adjust, if asked, no response, no guidance at all. Very disappointing, will not return.
