Przemiły i bardzo kompeteny personel, dba o klienta. Świetnie zorganizowany pokój, mimo, ze hotel ma bardzo wąską przestrzeń pomiędzy sąsiednim budynkami. Bardzo smaczne śniadania. To moje ulubione miejsce na przyszłe wizyty w Hanoi. Polecam!!!
