The hotel is excellent, cleanliness, and housekeeping. The staff is responsive, Kaia is superb, helped to buy tickets to Universal Studios, called and clarified everything, language barrier through a digital translator. The staff is excellent. Excellent Wi-Fi. There is a Pizza Hut nearby, a Chinese restaurant, a store across the street, and a Chinese restaurant with Peking Duck 10 minutes away.

The staff speaks only basic English. Cleanliness of the room and bathroom could have been better. I've found dusty shelves in the room. Limited options of vegetables for breakfast. Breakfast is overpriced.
