The deluxe room was too small. The bathroom was attached to the bed, it was so small. There was no place to put the suitcase. And the street noise is too much.

The hotel is very centrally located, but the rooms are very small. The first room had many ants in the room and in the bed. We got another room the second night. The pool was also very small and smelled bad, and the water was green...

The service was great, the accommodation has an excellent location, very close to the famous Bandeiras streets. The shampoo, conditioner, and soap provided by the hotel are of great quality. We did not have breakfast because our flight was very early, so we cannot comment on that. As a negative point, we highlight that the shower takes a long time to heat up. Also, in the room we were staying in, there were no support spaces, such as shelves or wardrobes, so our clothes stayed in the suitcase. Finally, there was only 1 sheet available, even though Cartagena is hot, we like to sleep covered and with the air conditioning on.

There is a staff available 24 hours, so it seems to be no problem even if you arrive late at night. All the staff members are kind, and the breakfast with pancakes, arepas + fruits, cheese, and drinks was delicious and filling. I chose a cheap room, but as soon as I opened the room, the bed was very narrow. The air conditioning hits the bathroom door, so it cannot be fully opened. The humidity was severe, and even when set to dehumidify, the outside was less humid. The wall next to the bed was moldy and unpleasant, so I covered it with a cushion to sleep. Due to the humidity, the air conditioning also smelled bad and was dirty. The only good points about the room were being able to watch Netflix and the abundance of towels and soap. I hope they can do something about the humidity at least.
