The apartment was clean when it was received but has many cockroaches and they come out too much at night. the security and reception service is fatal. they are not friendly

Wouldnt recommend, owner stopped responding when I needed help. The front desk wasnt of much help when dealing with issues with room

Everything excellent! The only issue is that they do not provide soap or shampoo and at least they should leave some samples to be able to take a shower as soon as one arrives. Because it's the first thing one wants to do! And there's nothing! The good thing is that there is a pharmacy in front where you can buy them, and half a block away there are supermarkets, restaurants, the beach, etc!! The view from the bedroom is spectacular!

This apartment has a spectacular view. It was the main reason why we rented it. It is well located near restaurants, cafes, supermarkets. The only thing I didn't like is the first impression when we entered the apartment, I didn't feel that it was very clean or that it had been cleaned recently for us to use. I think they could work a little more on the interior appearance of the apartment. Besides that, the communication with the manager was excellent and as I mentioned, the view from the balcony is spectacular.
