We had a slight problem with housekeeping, quickly resolved. Lighting non-existent at working end of the room (desk/kettle. etc), slightly problematic for us. Air-conditioning only seemed to chill the room, but not warm it, so we switched it off altogether.

The size of the room was really small, it was not possible to have two travel trolleys open at the same time in the room.
The location is very central, the ambiance of the hotel is very appealing. Nice breakfast offer.

The double room was relatively small and tight, there was a lack of storage space for clothes in the room as well as especially in the bathroom for the toiletry bag. Unfortunately, the heavily advertised rooftop bar and terrace remained closed despite sunny and warm weather throughout our stay.
The staff is so kind and the room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel restaurant is delicious and lobby seating areas are beautifully designed.
